Seamless Stainless Steel tubes used as reprocessing units have reduced carbon content in order to minimize chromium carbon compounds in welded affected areas, or have limited silicon and phosphorus content in 310Nb steel. In addition, in 304ULC steel, the steel industry is manufactured to limit the phosphorus content to less than 0.015% in order to improve the corrosion resistance in nitric acid. Through repeated 20 times of 65% boiling nitric acid corrosion test, it is concluded that if the corrosion degree of solution treatment material is below 0.1mm/a, 650℃×2h sensitized treatment material is below 0.2mm/a, it has excellent corrosion.
301----- Good malleability for molding products. It can also be machined to harden rapidly. Good weldability. The wear resistance and fatigue strength is better than 304 stainless steel.
304----- is 18/8 stainless steel. The GB brand is 0Cr18Ni9. 309 -- has better temperature resistance than 304.
