Aluminium Pipe

Aluminum tube is a kind of non-ferrous metal tube, refers to the use of pure aluminum or aluminum alloy by extrusion processing along its longitudinal full length hollow metal tubular material. Aluminum profile specifications can be divided into 1024, 2011, 6063, 6061, 6082, 7075 and other alloy brand aluminum profiles.

Aluminum pipe is mainly divided into the following types: 1. According to the shape of the pipe: square pipe, round pipe, pattern pipe, special shape pipe, global aluminum pipe. 2. According to the extrusion method, it can be divided into seamless aluminum pipe and ordinary extrusion pipe. 3. According to the precision: ordinary aluminum tube and precision aluminum tube, the precision aluminum tube generally needs to be reprocessed after extrusion, such as cold drawing, rolling. 4. Divided by thickness: ordinary aluminum tube and thin-walled aluminum tube. 5. Performance: corrosion resistance, weather resistance, wear resistance, light weight. 6. Characteristics: It is a kind of high strength duralumin, which can be strengthened by heat treatment. The plasticity is medium in annealing, hardening and hot state, and the spot welding is good. The machinability of aluminum tube is good after quenching and cold hardening, but bad when annealed. Corrosion resistance is not high, often using anodic oxidation treatment and paint method or surface coated with aluminum layer to improve the corrosion resistance. It can also be used as a mold material.
