Classification of galvanized drum substrates
Hot-dip galvanized substrate: Organic coating on hot-dip galvanized steel plate, the product is hot-dip galvanized color coated plate. In addition to the protective effect of zinc, the organic coating on the surface also plays the role of isolation protection and rust prevention, and the service life is longer than that of hot galvanized sheet. The zinc content of hot-dip galvanized substrate is generally 180g/m2 (double-sided), and the maximum zinc content of hot-dip galvanized substrate used for external construction is 275g/m2.
Hot-dip galvanized substrate: Hot-dip galvanized steel (55%Al-Zn) is used as a new coating substrate, usually containing 150g/m2 aluminum-zinc (double-sided). The corrosion resistance of hot aluminized zinc plate is 2-5 times that of hot galvanized plate. Continuous or intermittent use at temperatures up to 490ºC does not cause severe oxidation or oxidized skin. The ability of heat reflecting light is twice that of hot dip galvanized steel, and the reflectance is greater than 0.75, making it an ideal energy saving building material.
Electroplated zinc substrate: electrogalvanized plate is the substrate, coated organic coating baking products are electrogalvanized color coated plate, because the zinc layer of electrogalvanized plate is thin, usually zinc content is 20/20g/m2, so the product is not suitable for outdoor production of walls, roofs, etc. But because of its beautiful appearance, excellent processing performance, can be mainly used in household appliances, audio, steel furniture, interior decoration and so on.
Characteristics of galvanized drum substrate
Electrogalvanizing substrate: The coating is thinner and the corrosion resistance is not as good as that of hot-dip galvanizing substrate
Hot-dip galvanized substrate: The thin steel plate is immersed in the molten zinc groove, so that the surface adhesion of a layer of zinc, this galvanized plate has good coating sealing and weldability
Hot-dip galvanized substrate: The product is plated with 55%Al-Zn, excellent corrosion resistance, and the service life is more than four times that of ordinary galvanized steel plate. It is a substitute for galvanized sheet
